How do I install the RPi monitor?

~_{I installed the HACS bit and then got lost. I have no idea why, but my brain keeps farting and I just can't process the rest. Even so, I installed the daemon and got stuck that running okay but how do I associate an entity?}~

Edit: figured out it needs both the hostname and the sensor name filled out
