There's a payphone by one of the elementary schools here. I wonder if it's more likely that a kid without a cellphone is more likely to use it?
I recently got a tablet so I could take handwritten notes during meetings. I thought I'd use it for a bunch of other stuff but I do not. Not to mention, the ~OCR handwriting recognition~ my handwriting is really bad.
This could also indicate a food sensitivity if you're reacting a lot worse to one type of alcohol (everything else held constant, obvs)

I'm very lucky to have a friend that doesn't try to make me "feel better". She just sits with me and makes me feel... not alone. I hope I can return the favor one day, but more importantly I hope she never feels this level of despair to begin with.
Agreed. It's middle managers all the way up. I thought it would get better, or I'd be the change I want to see, but it's utter chaos at every turn. Just give me a stapler and a broom closet and leave me alone.
