Resident goofball. Freaky furry. Silly little guy who's not so little. 🇧🇱🇺🇪. Pansexual. Husky. Woof. 🐶

  • I've been playing GTA5's story mode again. I haven't played through it since it first came out on PC. I missed the fun dialogue, over the top situations, and the actually good gameplay that isn't marred by "bugs" that are so consistent in the Online portion that it's hard to see them as actual bugs and not intentional annoyances designed to discourage griding for cash to buy the fun stuff.

Honestly the most annoying thing in the story mode is how Franklin immediately goes home to wear the laziest bum outfit imaginable after I just spent like a million dollars buying him actually good drip and then switching to Micheal or Trevor to do a mission.

I could write a book on how many little niggling annoyances exist in GTAO.

  • The game Valve used to demo the standalone capability, was Hades.

I am aware; but I am specifically meaning VR games, not just PC games in general. And especially not something like Hades which I can't imagine performing poorly even if emulated on a cheap smartphone. How well would it run Alyx? VRChat? Beat Saber?

  • He reminds me of a toddler that is actively shitting in their pants while they say "I'm not pooping."

  • Shit would be rad to still communicate when hostile players are near, but they won't understand you.

  • Fill them to 100% instead of only a quarter or half of the way. 😌

  • I've been curious about how the Frame will handle games on the standalone side since the announcement and the discussion about the ARM compatibility layer has me wondering if, to play standalone, I would be expected to run the Meta version of games as Android apps and not, like, the actual PC versions on Steam I own running directly from the headset.

  • I combined my dogs names, Kona and Loki, to come up with KoLoNaKi; but when I actually made the original thing using this name, I mistyped it as KolAnaki and didn't notice until like a week later.

Avatar is an early ass AI image gen image of my fursona when they were still a totally new thing and I was checking 'em out. When I have some money to spend, I'd like to get a better one made by the artist who did the banner I'm using on my profile currently.

  • What if my tiger is still a baby? 🤔

  • AI to "pig slop."

  • What makes a game roguish?

    • Random level design
    • Death is permanent
    • Turn based gameplay
    • Grid based movement

Most modern roguelikes tend to only have the first two of these, tho. But those are the 4 main elements of the original game for which the genre derives its own, Rogue.

And Rogue-lites tend to make progression persist after death, at least partially. Such as with the unlockable weapons and things in Hades, while the boons and other abilities are pick ups you only have until death untill you pick them up again the next run.

  • You could wear a chastity belt to prevent yourself from screwing anyone.

  • He could just eat a whole cake if he wants to. He's an adult.

  • From some comments I've seen about this back on Reddit, it seems like some people don't know about bookmarks.

But also professionals, like a lot of Lemmings, tend to keep a lot of tabs open for references or other material they need to check often and quickly. Faster to leave tabs open than reopening the page every time you need to check something on it.

  • Dude read 1 book and is now obsessed over someone else's incorrect assesment. 🤦‍♂️

  • There was gravy, right? 🥺

  • Just FYI: Links to such sites are a liability for the instance operators.

  • Just buy an extra GPU and figure out how to turn it's VRAM into regular RAM. 😌

  • Green Gorilla?

  • The new ones are vastly different from the first 4. Closer to 4, at most, but are entirely different from everything done previously aside frim the action elements. The stories are not, necessarily, linked either. Different characters, no Umbrella Corp, does not even have zombies.

Jumping into at least 7 onward will be totally unfamiliar even if you just finished playing the OGs. But they are really good.

  • Because of social anxiety, I am more nervous about dealing with another human being at checkout actually paying for my stuff than when I go in specifically to steal from the megacorp.
