  • for all Ubuntu haters there is a Debian Version of Mint. And second Linux Mint is the perfekt set and forget Distro. No Tinkering for a basic PC without special Requirements.

    And i love it that almost all agree that when a noob ask what Distro to choose that Linux mint is every time in the proposed Distros

  • I'm on Graphene OS and I have some problems with my banking apps and I think it will get worse over time. My device before my pixel was on micro-G but I had so many problems that I embraced Graphene os and its sandbox Google.

    I would love to take the step and cut more Google out of my life. But now I have a new car with Android Auto. And I love the concept. But now Google needs all these rights to my apps.

    And to my knowledge, there isn't any open source alternative or reverse engineered Android Auto.

  • I am working on setting up somethin similar. I have a Truenas Scale VM and some lxc-Container where i plan to run some arr-services and paperless ngx. Mounting the NFS-Share proves to be a bitch. I tried it several ways and to this point in time i wasnt sucessfull.

    i'm sure its a skillissus on my part ;)

  • Your problem are the big healthcare companies that make absurd amounts of money of patients. Here in Germany we have many health care programs and MidiCare and I believe the state looks. The prices of medicine and treatment aren'tOver the top, inflated. Just look at the prices of some medicine In the states to the rest of the world.
