Looks good! At some point they're going to ask if you have any questions, make sure you ask at least one. It shows that you're interested and paying attention.
I would highly recommend rewatching Vice. I wasn't a fan when it first came out, but when I went back and rewatched it last year it becameone of my favorites. It's got a different style than the first few seasons, but it's great in its own right.
I was trying to run some weird nonsensical dream program for a work presentation and it kept opening M$Edge to show me ads. Every time I closed a window, two more would open. Eventually I was fired because "real dudes use arch". Then I woke up.
I'll update the post body. I'm not looking to do much gaming beyond DOOM2 and factorio. Mostly looking for privacy and a way to get back into programming (I have this pipe dream of learning Assembly). I'm not to particular on UI, I can use whatever.
I can't speak for Chicago in particular, but the suburbs of any major city tend to be fairly isolated. You said you don't drink, but I still might suggest going to bars anyway, since that's where most socializing happens. Look for a barcade in your area perhaps, sometimes they host trivia nights and that can be a great way to meet people, even if you're sober.
Still here, we just stopped talking to you because you're an asshole.
