  • Skip the referral nonsense and look for a ccbhc mental health place. They often get written off as being for druggies and homeless, because they're grant funded and required to offer services, but they do service everyone and they're normally far more inclined to help you than charge you. Mine even offers a sliding scale based on income. They'll not only hook you up with a therapist, but likely med management and potentially peer support.

  • For shoes I use amazing goop aquarium sealant. My dad once glued some quarters to the ground by a vending machine outside of his job. It took 8 years for the kids in the apartment complex to finally pry it up and they ended up taking part of the concrete with it.

  • 10k will cover your needs while you wage a gorilla war on the same local officials. Hard to run for office if you're dealing with your house burning down and threats about not having bike lanes.

  • Most media does show them to heal unnaturally quick, and often the transformation resets any damage done. So if you pull out the wolf's teeth, next moon it turns and has new teeth.

  • If you kept it sub sonic and aimed for bonier areas they'd probably be pretty survivable. The teeth don't have a lot of weight and they won't be harder than the bone it hits. Then if they survive the lycanthropy gives better healing so that's going to add to the survivability.

  • So this is tricky. In most of the werewolf bite stories it's considered a curse as opposed to a biological infection. Something about the bite itself is what causes it. Now this would lead to two options to weaponize. You could take the teeth out of werewolf and build a mechanical jaw to chomp people. Second, you could take the teeth and turn them into bullets. This would actually be economical as werewolves get new teeth every transformation and you also get a new wolf with every shot.

    That said, there's no reason you can't play it to be in the saliva, you're idea sounds a lot less likely to create a bunch of traumatized, werewolves that hate you.

  • I love Moxie, but it's a regional thing from Maine and it's rather rare here in the bible belt.

    As a mix drink, 1 part gin, 1 part jager, 1 part amaretto, 2 marachino cherries, and 6 parts moxie, wide glass on the rocks. It's like drinking the holiday season in a snowy evergreen forest.
