It's like you have a bunch of fairies working back there" and he clueless licks the spoon as most of the room stares at him in disbelief "or elves or something! Something magical at least. Can I try the lavender?"
It's usually over different websites and look like different levels of quality. For example, my friend bought a part of their Halloween costume on etsy, expecting something of decent hand made quality. Instead he got something mass produced from a factory drop shipped from Amazon.
The one thing I've heard is that it is highly CPU reliant, so I'm planning to upgrade my motherboard and CPU at the same time. Microcenter has some good deals right now though, and for $400 I can get a board, processor and RAM.
If my son was born when I was born, he wouldn't be alive and my wife may not have survived the birth. If he was born 5-10 years ago, he'd have brain damage. Today, because we know what to look for and how to treat and prevent many pregnancy problems and early childhood problems he's alive, healthy and thriving. There are a million innovations that are super niche, so we don't know about them.
