  • Yes, all true. But 1, if you've worked out, banana and PB is a great protein and recovery snack, and 2, if this helps you not eat cookies or ice cream, that's far healthier. You could even dip them in some nuts or granola after the chocolate. Also, one could use less peanut butter than this, and you'd have control over the chocolate used.

  • On the other hand, having the frozen chocolate raspberries (not strawberries) curbed cravings for icecream, and cookies, thus being an overall healthy choice, because my brain pretty much considers chocolate a critical resource. And normally that would be milk chocolate, but those TruFru raspberries with the dark and white chocolate are a perfect formula.

  • I lost about 50 lbs while having chocolate covered strawberries nearly every single night. I ate like 4-8 of them. 90-180 calories, which I budgeted for by skipping any form of snacking except sweets at night. And bananas and PB after a workout were common too, so I don't see what the issue here is.

  • I'm not sure you know the meaning of sugar bomb. A tiny bit of dark chocolate is not a real problem, even if you're trying to actively lose weight, and PB and banana are recommended. So...

  • Ok....? And I have personally visited multiple deli counters, in New York, so I flatter myself that I know what an actual real deli looks like, and how they operate. And I can tell you as something of an authority, that it absolutely may have happened, or maybe it did not happen.

  • Both. I like look good in clothes that fit, but I wear what I like, and always have. As a kid, my mother would pick out clothes in the morning, and I'd come down in totally different clothing. I like fashion. I am not gay. And I also like to appear well dressed. And also, 95% of my tshirts are geeky graphic tees, like my Andorian Mining Consortium (Runs from Nobody) shirt.

    But it's not like I'm walking around in suits, ever. I just like jeans and shirts that fit, and I hate mundane white bread and mayo fashion, or lack there of.

  • I leave food on the counter all the time, because If I'm still hungry in a little while, I don't want my food cold. I have never in my life gotten food poisoning from it.

  • So in the first Tolan episode, they contact the Nox so they can help the Tolan refugees. The Tolan mention their ftl, and Daniel says he thinks it's like the folding space theory.

    Basically like folding a sheet of paper, so the two ends meet, and shooting right through, so when it unfolds, you're instantly on the other side, and the Tolan smiles and says "...No."

    I don't recall the Nox ever mentioning FTL, just their invisibility, and they can also form wormholes without dialing.
