  • Oh my fiancee would love to do what you're doing, she's Portuguese but never met that side of her family and loves learning the language, I hope your transition is going well, don't forget to find some solid friends to help you settle

  • Very nice I hope you reach the fulfillment you're looking for, I made it to 30 before I started thinking about these things. I just kind of realized my life felt so... Empty.

Now I'm stressed, but I don't feel empty. When I look around at the campus and all my work, I still feel stuck, but going somewhere. You know? I would love to get into a profession where I can figure out how to create things, like you're doing, that seems like it would be fulfilling

  • Felt, in studying for mechatronics engineering, but calc 2 destroyed me so... I'm looking into a bachelor's in comp sci or IT and seeing if that might be right for me

  • Oh God yeah, I was offered a management role before, but the problem is every manager I I've ever known just seems burnt out and unhappy so I firmly told them no

  • Maybe it's time for a non profession related goal, got any hobbies you would like to pursue further ? I just set up my own website for the first time so I'm pretty stoked about that

  • Guys. I know we aren't forgetting halo 3 here

  • Yes

  • Messy break up, I would still never give up those memories for the world, because that grand surge of emotion is something I cherish

  • That's sounds like dang ol' whippersnapper talk! Why In my day...

  • New awkardtheturtle?

  • I've considered dude gender neutral since 2010-ish, it's just a "hello person I don't feel like specifying for"

  • That's why me and my girl just dumped all our silverware and got a single set, it's been awesome

  • Isn't that just the sound of the razor?

  • My man, far too late and far from the first one to say this

  • Everyone, trust

  • Sure I can, I do it all the time

  • That sounds like the response of someone who cares one way or the other

  • Yes it is indicative, it would be interesting to see the parallels from this age of interconnectedness and how things progressed to this point versus, say, leading up to the civil war or something.
