This is going to remove legal access to thc for basically half the us population. Now anyone that really wants it either has to try smuggling it across state lines from dispensaries or growing it. GOOD FUCKING LUCK with that thanks to all the goddamn Flock cameras they put up everywhere just to automatically catch people who go to dispensaries. They're making all hemp/cannabis seeds that can produce thc or thca flower illegal too. Now we can't grow our own anymore either. You know how it's literally fucking impossible to buy coca or opium seeds? You can't even get that shit on the dark net. Well cannabis seeds are going to become that impossible to get too. Why would the cartels let anyone have seeds when they can sell weed for $700/oz?

The thc black market that arises from this is going to be full of nasty synthetics that make delta 8, hhc and all that other nasty bullshit look safe by comparison. I will not name which of these non-thc synthetic cannabinoids are easiest to produce but at least some of them won't show up on thc drug tests. All of the options besides making delta 8 from cbd (and cbd comes from hemp plants which will become illegal so its moot point) are significantly more complicated than methamphetamine production so whatever black market thc we do get is going to be really really bad.
