Take it from me who's gotten his life together, gotten married and gotten promoted and etc; it's overrated
My OCD is mostly thoughts and almost no behaviors. The pills help me to ignore the thoughts. But they're still in my head but easier to control
Been like this until my OCD became a problem and recently started on pills to help me get through the day. Boy, I can say they work!
