I think this is an excellent question. People often forget about threats to families/friends, and only consider their own lives.
It's of course very context-dependent and I'm sure different people have different beliefs. For example, if your friends and families are ardently against the government and would be willing to risk a lot, and you are having an impact, you might just ignore the threats.
And in a way I think if more people think like that, it's best, as that makes blackmail to friends/family worthless.
In most other scenarios, I would give them one chance. After all there is other good that can be done in this world. However, if they show that they can't be trusted. I'd consider that I have nothing left to lose, and go hard.
I think walking once a day, even if it's just for 15 minutes is one of the most essential things that most people can do.
Just bear in mind, you probably need it all: mobility, stretches, strengthening, cardio. I'd guess especially your core muscles and harmstrings are short and weak and gonna need some attention.
Yoga is incredible for me. And I find it easier to follow-through if I do it in a small group or 1-on-1 to just listen to whatever the person in front says and follow.
You all are forgetting that cats live on this planet too!
I mean, kinda hard to say without context. Are these aliens even compassionate? How smart are they and what's the reason for blowing it up? etc.
If I can't argue how fucking stupid it is to destroy the entire planet, I might become a fervent earth-destroying zealot and undermine their efforts through my utter incompetence.
The way I see it, no matter how bad things are, it won't distract me from the fact that every good thing matters. If not for me, if not for other people, then people who will come after. I'm only one person, but at least trying to do my part and being grateful for the things I have and receive, be it friends, a bed, food, a roof, a fun moment. And I can still accept the terrible state of so many things also.
Or in the words of David Graeber: "The ultimate hidden truth of the world is that it is something that we make, and could just as easily make differently."
Proof of alienshttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UFO_conspiracy_theoriesThere is so much material out there from people in the CIA itself telling how the cannon of all this stuff is them making people believe that shit, e.g. area 51 to distract from actual weapon testing.
The colours and a lot of aspects fit, but I find the expression of the face, with the hands pressed against the head goes in a completely different direction with what looks like panic or despair.
Sounds very psychosis inducing.
