I’ll second the kobo ecosystem but add that if you install the 3rd party koreader software on it it will make syncing to a local calibre-web seamless. And it leaves the stock reader software in place so you can read drm encrypted files if needed. I have a similar use case to yours where I use the device to read books but also papers, which I usually pdf and put in a specific shelf in calibre
Isn't that more like if you're stuck in a time loop?
My understanding is that if you're reincarnated you're still in the current timeline (ie time has continued to pass), you're just now in a different body.
And if it's not a dharmic path-style of reincarnation and you're just reincarnated into whatever living creature needs a soul, you'd probably come back as some kind of bacterium for the next 200 trillion times before -- if you're reeeeallly lucky -- then reincarnating as a tardigrade.
I’m from a very Italian neighborhood. Angelo is a common name, if you’re feeling a bit ethnic and don’t want to stray too far from what you grew up with. Plus you’d get to learn all the hand gestures.
Cook’s Country, who as far as I’m concerned are the go-to for any kind of taste-tests, did a comparison of several nugget brands, and the winner (Impossible, I think) actually beat out real chicken nuggets. YMMV but nuggets are just a medium for breading and sauce.
Usually at these events there are staff who constantly look around for people who might be recording, and they don’t hesitate to kick you out if you’re caught more than once. So it’s possible if you have a decent number of people who are good about being sneaky and have covert equipment, but not easy.
It makes you wonder what will happen when more people start wearing smart AR glasses that can record everything and barely look any different than regular glasses.
Mine was from not REI but somebody like REI, basically industrial strength camping gear baby kit and was also awesome. Lasted through my kids, then my sister’s, and now a cousins. Like 10 kids and almost 20 years and still looks nearly new.
I think it just means an occupation ie something you do to earn money -- as opposed to the jobs we do around the house in the course of taking care of ourselves. Regardless yes it's inane. (we should be eating healthy tho, regardless of religious affiliation)
