  • I wanted to be ambidextrous when I was young, but i didn't want to work too hard on it. So I just intentionally use my left hand on most things and that led to a habit. I still write with my right hand, but I mainly use my left hand for most stuff.

  • I've had my hydro flask copycat for more than a year now. I'm happy with it.

  • to each his own I guess. He's not my favourite actor, not even my favourite comedy actor (that goes to the late Robin Williams). But he makes decent movies, especially his old ones. The new ones, especially if produced by his studio Happy Madison, are formulaic and bland.

Why do you hate him with fiery passion?

  • another thing that kind of threw me off was that I remember the 3rd-person view was a lot closer than from the videos I've watched. Like it was 3rd-person but the camera was like a feet or two above the person. The videos of the game was like the camera is placed on a ceiling.

  • yeah it was, thanks. I thought this wasn't it last time I checked, but looking at videos again (now with sound), I'm certain this is it. Thanks!!

  • Damn I don't know what's different tonight but I found it already. It was Metal Gear Solid: VR Missions on PSX. I swear I already checked this before, and I thought it wasn't it.

But upon watching some videos of it again (now with sound), I think this it. I vaguely remember the sound it makes when succeeding.

    Anyways, thread over.

  • I didn't watch the trailers for it, but Click by Adam Sandler was supposedly marketed as another Adam Sandler comedy but was actually tearjerker drama with a medium heavy sprinkle of comedy.

  • I did some digging around and someone theorized that Heather was being stalked by the superfan. That's why Heather felt like her life was in danger (well she said she felt like that all the time, but maybe the stalker situation was her boiling point).

Heather asked for Jill's gun because she intended to murder the superfan and set it up as self defense. (It'd be easy to call out the superfan by messaging her through instagram)

    Thoughts?

Writing it out though I saw a simple flaw. If Heather directly messaged the superfan, the superfan would've instantly messaged her friends or posted something.

  • Maybe a super clip (is that the right term?) of all the Rainbow Randolph and Smoochy the Rhino scenes could be a good show for kids.

  • Yeah he was definitely a good "villain" in One Hour Photo, he was eery to say the least.

I've watched most of Robin Williams' films and I've thoroughly enjoyed all of it.

My favourite, by far, is still Dead Poets Society.

  • I guess, it means.

    • yoda
  • Definitely, 10k usd in my country is enough for a down payment for a house. I can get by with free books with no problem (I already read books anyways). I'd miss watching shows, reading manga, and other things but there are tons of paid --> free stuff out there.

  • How come this game has over 1000 bugs (I'd imagine minor bugs?)

  • Earl is the worst for this.

I just finished Earl. Either the AI for catchup for Earl is egregious as you've said or the tail end of the race is mostly cornering and I'm just bad at it. I had to restart like 4 times.

  • Maybe I'm still in the early stages (blacklist 10) that catchup for enemies isn't too relevant because I've been smoking them (like half the map away).

Although when I do make a mistake (ram head-on against another car, hit a wall, etc.) it is plainly obvious that given enough time I'll be able to catch up.

  • Maybe OP thought that the car chase happened so that they can make an ad for Chevrolet. (Which could be true, and I think had happened to other movies.)

But I think what usually happens is the car chase is already in the script and the production reached out to car brands that are interested in sponsoring the movie. Then adding some glorious shots where the brand is obviously visible and the center of focus to accomplish the advertisement and gain revenue.

  • only the scammers. sometimes they're mildly annoying if they're performing in a crowded/small street and being an obstruction to the way.

  • damn 1 out of 81.

I'll just get the unique performance marker instead.

  • you don't, it stays at the back of your head and it'll haunt you at random times.
