    Most people dont even know, that there are like 50 different fields that are somewhere in the space of IT/Programming and of these fields only a quite small amount of do develop apps or websites.

  • if you use any modern distro installing most software is braindead easy. if you have to compile something yourself (which isnt that often) it can get quite funny because one hell of a lot can go wrong.

  • If it would be that easy. The problem I had was, that I installed a dependency using my package manager, but to compile my originally wanted software I had to provide a cmake file (of the dependency I installed via my package manager) to the compiler, which I of course did not have.

  • In case you want to get prog (or any other Anti Androgen) for better I highly recommend getting your levels checked beforehand. Ideally you should have T levels in the range of <50 ng/ml. If this isnt the case you can either increase your dose or use an Anti androgen

  • That's the funny thing, it goes quite well for some time and then you accidentally completely brick your system.

  • Doesn't have to be and in stories its absolutely boring. The wheel of time has a quite great example of a hero that is far from being perfect. The main character has to save the world but due to him being the chosen one he develops quite the superiority complex and becomes arrogant (which is also because kings bow before him) this inner conflict of being absolutely flawed and his duty to save the world largely contributes to the storyline being literally the best book I have ever read. I can only recommend it (but be aware, the whole story is 11.000 pages long)

  • The thing with Windows 11 Hardware requirements isnt that its poorly optimised (tbf, it is poorly optimised, but computers that have the power to run it can't) but because windows 11 requires your CPU to have TPM(? Im Not sure), which only newer CPUs have. So even if your PC could run it, it can't due to the TPM Requirement.
