  • Yoku’s Island Express. I’m still stumbling and rolling my way through some post game activities. Having fun and keeping my frustrations in check. It’s just too cute to stay mad at that little beetle.

  • We made our own video version of Hamlet and I did all the video editing, including a scene based on Phantom Menace, including the music and me rotoscoping in the lightsabers.

    Literally a 10 second lightsaber duel took me a whole day in premiere and photoshop. But the fact is in my high school in 2002 it blew everyone’s minds. In my humble opinion it looked very good.

  • I'm far more active on Lemmy, I'd say 10x, than I was on Reddit.

    Why is that? I think it's because I feel like the few communities i'm part of here are places for actually sharing and learning from each other, with the same folks that you know you'll see again. Not just random spraying of posts and replies everywhere in numbers so huge that everyone kind of disappears in the ether.

  • What Anime have good Openings/Endings?

  • ODDTAXI is an excellent short decent anime and the opening is legendary. With just the right riff to end it.

    You should also watch the anime don’t think it’s a cutesy animal story. It’s about a walrus who drives a taxi in present day Tokyo, and has some of the best dialogue I’ve read in any anime. Highly recommend subtitles not the dub.

  • I think in quality profiles you can set up blockwords. I did that to block Dolby vision “DoVi” releases as I couldn’t get them to play reliably.
