  • Build a community about something you love! It takes little effort. :) Then when you browse Reddit occasionally, you can steal memes. In fact, do that anyway if you end up browsing and post them here!

  • Can't rewrite a living document after it dies. It may be time for a new one. Many countries have taken ours as a lesson for what to do, and what not to do (iirc Chile is an example, possibly Peru - memory is fuzzy). Somewhere we forgot it was supposed to change with our needs, thus it may no longer be fit for purpose. If the system collapses, we have infinite possibilities for something new and improved.

  • I am so thankful my mom is still just a stoner that likes high fashion, pun intended. I am so sorry you all have to go through this. It is mind boggling the change that the poison propaganda has brought. I lost some other relatives to it, but it's nothing like a parent. Hugs for all.

  • Oh shit

  • I can help if you'd like for me to look. Shoot ne a dm if you want. There are also some really good online universities these days. Also, there's a guide I have pinned at the top of [email protected] that may be useful.

  • You can always come back and/or do part time (1 or 2 classes) at your local community college. There's no race. :)

  • The plugins are open source at least, and the notes it makes aren't proprietary. It's just an app to interact with them. Been using it as a trapper keeper for years and it's been able to keep up with my changing needs. :) [email protected] There's thousands of plugins and the discord is a huge resource.

  • You can do all this with Obsidian and plugins. I just saw a nice keep like interface one. You'll have to play around a bit but it's definitely doable.

  • I want to believe lol

  • Lmao I was shocked to see it in the first place.

    1. Upgrade my own stuff and servers.
    2. Have spare parts to fix my stuff or quick fixes for friends.
    3. If I can repair it and do not need it, I found some groups that take them for refugees and needy folks or they go by word of mouth to friends in need. I fix them in a very lazy fashion.
    4. I live pretty close to one of the local recycling spots, so I can quickly and safely dispose of stuff I cannot use.
    5. eBay is great.

I have gotten a ton of free storage this way, makes it totally worth it. If they give me a few old laptops, I put all their data on one drive and take the rest.

  • I beg friends for ewaste and harvest their organs.
