I was a bit sad when I saw you released the new Boost version just a few days before the Reddit APIcalypse just because why not, I am glad you can keep your beloved project now with Lemmy!
Reddit getting rid of top notch quality apps such as Boost was definitely quite a dumb move.
I am a Spotify paid user (I paid with my gf the duo tier or whatever is called, she has an iOS device so she kinda needs it, I could live without it I guess), would I benefit from Spotify Revanced or xManager clients?
Something like having neat features with Smart Tube or YT Revanced with a YT premium subscription?
If this is from a smartphone... I wouldn't I guess... I often prefer to retype than dealing with the select text feature... It seems I get the same experience in the most recent mobile OS that I had when I used my iPod Touch 4G a lot of years ago, why does it feel that this feature hasn't even evolved? I can't be the only one that feels it is terrible to use, I prefer to use the keyboard gestures than dealing with it.
Now you ignore the computer to browse the internet on your phone.
I am so impressed about the people that still mainly browse the Internet using a PC... But I am more impressed that people don't have a PC in their dwelling...
Maybe it is so millennial from my part, but in the house we still have a dedicated "PC room" with a printer that the whole family uses, of course our family browsing experience was almost exclusively done from said room years ago.
347 MB for me, no wonder why I am always struggling with storage for my 128 GB phone (with not expandable storage of course), and I don't even have that many games, even less ROMs 😅
Yeah, at this point they just think we are stupid as, as if they were taking a huge toll with the bandwidth by capping the remote playback option... They are not hosting the files ffs.
I am only an original (hacked) Nintendo Switch and I have been enjoying BOTW recently with higher than 30 FPS (60 at best) with some overclocking, that is good enough for my gaming standards.
If I were to get a Steam Deck... I wouldn't use it for Switch games because I am more than happy with how my own Switch behaves... And I am aware emulation is not perfect with the Deck, like, PSP emulation level of perfect.
If I had to choose one though, I'd go for the Deck, but not specifically for the Switch gaming capabilities, I have a considerable PC backlog.
No patches?
Are you a mod there?
