  • I tried Linux Mint Cinnamon but swapped to Fedora Workstation. I like Fedora Workstation, it’s very well animated and smooth.

    But I think I heard in another YouTubers review that on her laptop it wasn’t as battery efficient as other distros. But I like it on my desktop pc.

  • Also there was a study done of what outcomes violent protests have. You think you're going to make things better but usually violently instilled governments aren't good people no matter if you're left or right.

    You end up instilling another extreme regime for the one you initially wanted to fight.

  • Im 36 years old. No I dont want them. I would never wish a life to experience this economic selfish and greedy system.

    Average salary in the United States is 40,000. People are paying over 60% of their income on housing. Prices for everyday goods continue to rise and the commitments to protecting the Earth aren't taken seriously.

    Weather continues to be more extreme and oddly behaving. Corruption increases in politics and technology is being developed without ethics in mind.

    No way in hell I subject my children to any of that. Plus my husband and I have both mental illness in our families and suffer from depression from time to time. I never wanted to be here and neither did my husband. We wish everyday we didnt have to exist here. We love each other and our families, but this experience on Earth is not it.

  • Im still not great at Spanish because I dont practice frequently but these things helped me:

    1. Learned alphabet.
    2. Learned examples of conjugation of verbs with real life examples.
    3. Started with children level books and increase difficulty to read and comprehend what is being said.
    4. Listen to music in that language and learn what its saying.
    5. Watching telenovelas with English captions and try familiarizing words
    6. Final phase I think is visiting a country who's primary language is that language.

  • I used to like Katy Perry's music in high-school. Now shes super cringe hanging out with basically our version of Lex Luthor so I dont listen to her music anymore.

  • I hate their setup. The way they recommend the same creators over and over again if you just watch a minute of their content makes it so bland and repetitive.

  • Probably not. The internet and interacting with overseas individuals helped me rethink my opinions. But at this point it seems American tech oligarchs are dead set on making little bubbles of content algorithms where that benefit may disappear.
