Handmade clothes may be not the norm but they are not extinct. Dresses, scarfs and accesorising can be found handmade. Luxury market is in majority handmade.
The point is that the label is not pointless. It exist and will exist in the future. I just hope that games with human art won't be considered a luxury.
XBox controller and Nintendo are completely inverted. A&B, X&Y.
The funny thing is that when you press Y with Nintendo it reads the top button (it is on the left) and the UI of the game shows wrong position. Its not you press the top button and whatever symbol it has whatever, reads that you pressed the top button, NO. You press the top button it reads the left and vice versa. Same with A&B.
Imagine one company puts another controller on the market with same symbols with PS but inverted and the system reads the symbols, not the positions.
Edit: I don't know if this happens only with Steam or outside Steam. I only know it is frustrating until i find a way to fix it in every game a start.
Big gaming companies. They could made a standard layout, but they are not so clever for this. Every time i play with my Nintendo Pro controller a new game in the PC i get frustrated until i find the proper workaround.
Well my user is on lemmy.world, so even if i loaded other instances i would not be logged in. The site was completely down. Old posts from lemmy.world showed on the fediverse, just no new posts while down (users could not connect or view the site).
Yeah, it sucks. A major reason that I abandoned Nintendo's Switch 2, and returned to PC after playing in Switch for some years. I used to pay 30-50€ for AAA, but they wanted people to jump to 70-80€.
For me cost of living went up but cost of games down. I mostly play indie games now since i find big AAA games not that interesting with one maybe two exceptions per year.
I mean that although the good shows got removed by the other competitors and streaming got downhill with that, they increased prices, put ads, removed account sharing and their only focus is profit.
Edit: also they removed shows by themselves to countries that the particular shows were not that popular just to save money. That started before the rise of other streaming platforms.
Yeah i saw it too, but could not understand the solution of deleting the prefix. If i run it directly on Bazzite's terminal it runs on the same issue. From discord i found out that running rm -rf prefix before the script completes the setup successfully. The client runs YAY! Haven't run the game yet. Gonna try that tomorrow. Thanks
Well i try to install FAF on Linux. I set a container for fedora 41 and installed the prerequisites with the terminal from the container. So far all good. But when i run the ./setup.sh (step 4) i get

Well i am new user. Now I'm learning how to use this distrobox, so i can install something that would be a copy paste from a git-hub page. Maybe this tool is the solution to my problems.
Well, maybe i used a wrong phrase. When i said it limits you, i mean you (as a new user) must learn how to use the system. Any solutions you find from others in the internet do not apply to you. For a power user who frequently tinkers things feels like a limitation (it feels more like i am using my android phone rather than a desktop computer).
The distro as I said, it is perfect for a Console (or simple users like my parents), but for users who want more freedom its a bad choice. The mistake was mine as i did not know what the Atomic system is. First time i learned about them was after 2 days of having Bazzite installed 😅
