  • Oh duh I always hated the names of those subs. The only thing worse are subs like InterestingAsFuck and NextFuckingLevel which always gave the same vibes as a Watchmojo video.

  • Slow down man. Activity Pub is just the system that lets Mastodon, Kbin, Lemmy, etc.communicate with each other. Pretty sure it's open source and not some evil scary monopolistic thing like Chromium that every uses begrudgingly. Not everyone on the internet is a bad actor, even Kbin itself is developed by one guy in an apartment working 24/7 to try to keep everything afloat.

  • Wow, the only reasonable comment talking about "censorship" in this thread.Another example I can think of is when the CCP announced that they were going to put restrictions on depicting "feminine men" in media, so I went to r/GenshinImpact to see the riots that would unfold from having their femboys taken away. there was a post about it that appeared on google but had been removed, so I went on there using removeddit and found several with over 3k upvotes each that had all been removed, undoubtedly by the mods shilling for the Chinese government.

  • The reason Florida is listed as DO NOT TRAVEL is because if you're child claims to be trans and you travel to Florida for any length of time, even if you aren't a resident, the state is obligated to seize your child and put them in foster care and there is nothing you can do to get them back. In Texas, Tennessee, and several copycat states you can also now be arrested for wearing "gender non-conforming" clothing and the wording is vague enough that it could even be applied to a cis woman wearing men's jeans.
