  • they actually changed that back in 2022. previously, you had to fight a knight blessed by the gods so that no man could harm him, so you would have to change your character to a woman in order to harm him. however they changed it so now no blade can harm him, and the player is given four different weapons, where one of them is a warhammer, allowing him to be defeated (since it doesn't have a blade)

  • not saying that i don't hate the UI changes with my entire being, but there is absolutely a good reason to not keep the old one. that would mean that discord would have to support two entirely different codebases that would both have to be modified independently whenever they wanted to e.g. add a new feature

  • not necessarily. there are servers with no rules, like 2b2t where hacking is pretty much required because everyone else does so. interestingly, this means that the pvp actually loops back to being really deep and complex
