  • The main driving factor is this "down payment" shit. A person who has a bunch of money can just go get a house and not actually pay for it fully. They can still loose all that money, there's risk there if they can't pay. And that's the difference. Everyone else can't put down that much money. So they can pay a landlord more money than the landlord pays monthly, but they don't have 2 or $300,000 bucks at risk each and every day. I mean, the landlord is payed for the risk they incur.

So a renter only loses a small amount of money if they fail to keep paying rent. However, they pay more each month and also, they loose relatively more when they loose housing and become homeless. So the situation is fucked up. You could for example barely own a house and then stretch and buy a second house with not much left in savings. If you're in that situation, you're a different landlord than a bank who basically only incurs a monetary risk and not a loosing everything you got risk.

Because of this. Maybe we should bring down the "down payment" bar shit. I mean the house could be destroyed by a renter or an owner, but the house will still be there. Banks literally can only lose a little bit of time between ownerships. So if you could purchase a house with just $5000, for example, that would be pretty easy to do for most people who have a job. At least relatively much easier to $300k. You can sell your house to the bank and get yourself a new house. Literally nobody loses if the down payment level is lowered to something reasonable. Ultimately, the banks will always own houses. So why not just state it clearly....you don't own this house but if you had 3 lifetimes, you could. And bring down the payments accordingly to people's income. Keep it locked at 10%. If we did this, what would prevent you from owning a mansion? Okay limit housing to reasonable sizes? Control traffic by only allowing people to own near where they work? So you live 1 mile from work and then you find a new job, congratulations! Now you can be part of the people who can buy near that area.

I don't know nothing. I'm just posting some stupid ass ideas.

  • My SLA 3D which I used to print IEMs and earplugs which I scanned with my DSLR. Those three things for sure.

  • It's not like they hide and launch. As much as I would like to not have Musk as the CEO, the company itself is great despite Musk, so overall a win. Musk is just the idiot they need at the top. Others might be too risk adverse and just create NASA 2.0. We all know NASA sucks at flying anything.

In my opinion Space X is a great company and its engineers, just like Tesla, is what keeps them innovative rather than the racist idiot riding on their shoulders.... example Boeing. The engineers made great planes, the business assholes made great money. So if we can keep the idiot at the top making risky crazy promises and funneling money into the company, then the engineers will have great ideas to demonstrate and all the technicians and office workers and cleaning crew, all of them will have a job. Putting money into Tesla is basically pumping the economy. The results is currently a constellation of temporary Internet satellites. That's at least something.

  • I learned after being told countless times that failure is the only way to learn new things. I've found myself at the dark corner of life many times and I still do. I have a family and I love my kids but my wife has a hate relationship with me. At work I have to prove myself at every moment like I owe someone something. And I drive a small car so everyone feels the need to cut me off to feel better. But you know, there's a place where you are king. Your imagination. I'm really artistic and creative due to constantly failing and always coming up with new things ala ADHD. I'm haunted by my father's accusations about my expertise in starting things and never finishing them. Anyway, I keep myself entertained no matter what situation. I love observing people and taking photos and learning. Maybe go inside you and find what you like or find something you can win at. Visiting goodwill stores is very interesting for me for example. You can find all sorts of interesting things there. Or maybe nature could be interesting to you. I love love looking at things under the microscope at work for example. That stuff is like a good mine.

  • AI, Sure! Here's the full code:

  • I don't even have a single Nintendo or game of any sort. My kids got dupped by YouTube and so now it's either cry or pay for that shit.....a few years ago.... Today though, they are old enough to get pissed at things. I shall explain what Nintendo is doing so that they make better choices in the future.

  • Yup

  • I'm now pretty sure we got our last Nintendo switch game. I'm not going to buy out kids anything Nintendo anymore. They are the most recent RIAA.

  • I hear a class action lawsuit coming!

  • That's difficult to stare at. Take it off man! Take it off!

  • Oh yeah..... The north of mexico America. 😆

  • Weird Al is great. We could just isolate the accordion to the north American region.

  • Fudge! Not again!

  • The logical search goes ..Mexico. accordion music. Then you pick from there. Specially the ones about the drug lords would be better removed.

But if we could go back in time and find whoever brought accordions over the puddle...you sonobabich. You think you had a good life since you're already gone, but one day we'll go back to fix the leaks on your boat.

It's a toss up between accordions and trumpets. One of them is gonna go titan or titanic first thing if I get to travel back in time.

  • Anyone, with the right foot fungus can make kombucha! Lol.

  • It was probably kombucha.

  • Hold on! I'm currently booting the kernel mentally. I've been at this for 2 weeks now....

  • Yeah, it keeps the cheese 🍕 from sticking to the box.
