It’s a long story. But back in the time, when there was a company called Commodore, I used Amiga computers, because I didn’t like Microsoft and MS-DOS.
When Commodore went bankrupt and my Amiga started to fade away I was forced to buy a PC. And because I didn’t want to have Windows 95, I bought S.uS.E. Linux and that’s the way I am now. And I’m happy to be Linux user all these years.
Voihan olla ettei näitä kuukausimaksullisia ominaisuuksia alun alkaenkaan tueta kuin muutaman vuoden ja kuluttajan täytyy kyetä vaihtamaan auto uuteen, kun tuki loppuu.
Täältä myös ääni Mintille. Toimii kuin buickki ja asentuu huonompaankin koneeseen. Ei tarvitse mitään isoa oppimiskynnystä Windowsista siirtyvälle, eikä ole turhan monimutkainen. Cinnamon työpöytänä on juuri sopiva kokemattomallekin käyttäjälle, KDE tarjoaa toki loputtomasti mahdollisuuksia virittelyyn, minkä takia sitä en suosittele missään nimessä vasta-alkajalle.
Päivitykset eivät myöskään Mintissä hypi silmille, eivätkä ole minulla ainakaan rikkoneet vielä koskaan mitään. Olen itse päätynyt Mintiin distohyppelyn lopuksi, tässä iässä ei enää jaksa kiinnostua virittelystä, riittää kun käyttis toimii ja pysyy poissa tieltä, siksi Mint Cinnamon.
My day to day walking to grocery stores is something like one kilometer. Bus goes every ten or fifteen minutes near my home. I don’t like biking that’s why I decided to walk. Every now and then I walk to the city, which is 5 km from my home, I don’t think it’s too far, but if I go to shopping there I usually come back with a bus.
