  • Wikipedia is already very neoliberal biased urgh I don’t wanna see what would happen if those twats got to it

  • yup

  • Lets not give stateless capitalists the label “anarcho” that they try to claim.

Anarchism is the abolishing of systems of domination. You cannot be capitalist and be anarchist. It’s an inherent contradiction. At it’s most basic, anarchism is the abolishment of the state and capitalism. That’s why it’s often called “Libertarian Socialism”.

  • This is cool, thanks for teaching me some of those terms.

But i mean as someone who has lived around europe you can’t really make oversimplified assumptions like that because there is too much people families moving around and stuff. It’s way too heterogenous.

Maybe this could have worked a hundred years ago

  • BMI is a massive oversimplification. It’s a fun stat to look at, but I wouldn’t make serious decisions built on it.

Depending on your frame your healthy weight could be “underweight” or “overweight” according to BMI scale.

  • dbzer0 is anti-copyright and anarchist.

sure if you’re a capitalist that might seem weird.

But it’s not like they are denying genocides and simping for mass murderers à la Hexbear or Lemmygrad.

(Being anarchist makes them pretty much the opposite of the authoritarian leninism popular in Grad and Hexbear. That doesn’t mean there aren’t some Leninists on dbzer0, but they aren’t the demographic the server is catering to)

  • I love dashes – they help better convey the flow of my thinking in written form.

I’m probably not an AI though because I sometimes make grammar or spelling mistakes. Since english isn’t my native language.

  • I think it’s a reverse of roles.

Usually it’s the “normal” joe who’se in his car complaining about hippie cylcists blocking up the road.

  • Thank you for posting here. :)

  • It costs money.

  • Wow that looks productive. I’m assuming you can’t share the methodology for linking these accounts to help combat this stuff but I’m very curious if that isn’t an issue.

  • Though it’s a bit of a confirmation bias. Only the ones we caught are those we know about.

I won’t detail how, but it would be pretty trivially easy to make it much harder to catch. This is just utter laziness on behalf of the vote manipulators.

I think a statistical analysis that looks at what accounts nearly only upvote the same comments or posts as another account would probably be the DIY gold standard for catching vote manipulation on the lemmyverse.

  • doesnt this exist? seed banks

  • So if terf was actually radical feminism (it’s not), it would be basically the horseshoe theory where you’re so ”radical” you get back to “traditional” values with a bit of misandry sprinkled in.

  • If it makes you feel better, I think it’s a completely normal reaction to your situation. When I became bedridden and was mostly abandoned by family and friends. I often used LLMs for discussions. Though I didn’t use the sort of character ai thing, just a plain old LLM without a personality, but it kept me intellectually engaged when I had no one to share my ideas with, emotionally resilient when I didn’t have friends or family to vent to or support me.

I really don’t think you should care if people who haven’t been through the kind of immense suffering it takes to lose the functioning of your body and be abandoned by the people you love, think it is normal or not.
