  • For me keeping it quick helps alot. No need to be in the gym for 1.5-2 hours, especially if you can wrap up your workout in 50 minutes. I'm just there to get my reps in, no more no less.

To that end either find a split that doesn't target as many muscle groups in 1 session. Like Push Pull Legs. Or super set as much as possible.

For finding motivation to actually do it, I tend to workout after already being productive. So clean up your room/kitchen, or code for a bit. And when that productivity train is going, keep it going. Or go immediately when coming home from work, don't first "relax". Keep the momentum high and tackle things of your todo list; like working out.

  • Here in the Netherlands we have the "Gedoogbeleid", which translates to Tolerance policy. It's somewhere in between Decriminalized and legal. U are allowed to purchase and have up to 5 grams with you. And using it is okay in your own home and in places that don't disturb the public. But it's still partly illegal, as in no indoor growing and carrying more than 5g... It's a weird setup.

It's also a weird construction because technically the coffeeshops themselves are not allowed to buy the bulk amounts of weed to sell in their shops. So everything has to come in sneakily through the backdoor....

Lately legalization has been getting a good push, and now shops are buying their flowers from legit, government approved "Wiet boeren" weed farmers.

    True Legalization Pros:

    • Good alcohol alternative. It's one of the better substances to abuse.
    • Better byproducts of flower. So more room for edibles, hash, concetrates and all the good stuff.
    • Quality control, now you have some traceability where your flower is coming from. They put de Wiet Boeren on the bags with a qr code to see your flowers origin.

    Cons:

    • The wallet doesn't like the flowers.
    • Weed is very habbit forming. Addiction might be too strong a word for weed. But oh boy is it habbit forming. Ppl who deny this, are in denial.

As for how it affects the overall drug trade. Our number 1 export in the Netherlands is XTC. But that's a whole different beast. As for weed drug trade, it does decrease it. In smaller townds without shops u will always have you local dealers. But weed really isn't drug to be afraid of as in violence and crime surrounding it.

  • Aye organized religion is difficult. One church will be very tolerant and actually follow the teaching that their Holy book say: Love thy neighbours.

Others are just racist and discriminatory c*nts.

I'd really wish a new religion would be founded. Without all the outdated cultural, zeitgeist, views. Neo-Christiniaty/Islam, whatever one would call it. The core message is often right. Work and live together for a better world.

  • Yeah probably, but some of us really do feel a certain reassurance/calming feeling with God(s).

  • Yah, they will keep demonizing privacy until we give it up. Because those who care about personal freedom are all terrorists, pdfiles and drugs dealers. Just give up /s.

  • Did you go back to smoking, or a different vape? I know some ppl that only consume through vaping (Volcano) so I still think it's viable, but then again I don't own one.

  • Arizer seems like a good midpoint then. If both u and OP recommend it. Arizer xq2 is around €200 here. I feel like the real cheap vapes are marketed as a vape, but are just a heating coil that still causes combustion. I once had the Snoop Dogg G-pen or something. €30 and that sucker was just a fancy electric smoking pen instead of vape.

How would you react if you read this post as a stranger? Would you be okay with a father abusing a child?

Please also look for help outside an internet forum <3

  • Really would like to transition, but a volcano is still 300-350 euro in my country. I know it's a premium vape but yeah I would like to use this bad boy atleast a few years.

If any fellow toker can recommend a good cheaper alts, then that would be appreciated.

  • It looks good, things work out of the box and it's stable. CLI use is minimal, perfect for newbs. Besides that it can keep grandma's laptop running. So yeah pretty decent OS.

  • Ah gotcha thanks for clarifying

  • Yesterday I got shit for supporting ZorinOS Pro. So I guess paying for FOSS.

It seems donations are okay, but when distros frame it as a Pro Version purchase then the FOSS peeps get pissed. Even though no one could point out what's actually being locked behind the pro version, because spoiler: nothing is locked behind it.
