Some people have selective amnesia. One could say it is almost a skill. He may cheat all the time, but then "forget" he was cheating. Or he could be one of those who believe "if you aren't cheating, you aren't trying". And thus being good at cheating (even if you aren't but they let you (sound familiar?)) Makes him the worlds greatest whatever.
I'm almost 50 and still don't know. The best advice I can give is to try lots of things. Very few people just know, and even they didn't know until they tried.

I often think about a lot of that. But I never come up with a way to help the rural population much. Thier way of life is dying, has been for a few hundred years. But it is still essential. They don't like handouts or even assistance. So how do you help them?

It is going to take a lot more piracy, like 500x to make buying the rights not a lucrative investment. So at present it just reduces their gains. In the long term it actually made it so that they stopped buying rights, then they might go back to royalties or something to reduce thier upfront investment. That would actually be good overall for both us and creators as it would increase the chances of the creator making out big early in thier career when something small takes off. Creators themselves are more likely to invest that early money on higher risk projects which will lead to more variety in the overall offerings and more new creators being able to make a living creating.
And even when studies determine a therapy doesn't work, there is often a percentage it did work for. When they don't really understand the cause, nor why a treatment helps in some cases, the treatment shouldn't be ruled out, just lower on the priority list. A lot of current medicine is just trial and error without detailed understanding.
There is no law or rule or anything that says you have to list all jobs. Leaving off jobs that don’t matter makes the resume easier to read. And if rhey do somehow find out and ask, you will know they are pretty meticulous.

That info would be valuable if you knew that the method used to identify autism of the patient in question was exactly the same as the one used in studies that show CBT is less effective. But since there is a lot of variance in how autism is diagnosed, it isn't something you want to use to exclude CBT as an option. A good doctor knows this, and doesn't let the label make decisions.
To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first, and label whatever you hit as target.
RFK, doesn't teally know much about autism. He seems to think lvl 3 is the only autism. So yeah, it's just a label. And different people define it differently.
