  • Hiking the grand canyon was lovely. We sang we are climbing Jacob's ladder while...hiking that portion of the trail. We were around six when we did this.

We visited dad at times Square while he worked on the nye ball drop, and got to see inside the the...command center. Small but neat.

I remember both family reunions, one on each side. One was in the middle of Montana and we drove over grandfather's foot while using a little kid car thing. It stopped working and we popped the hood to figure out what was wrong like daddy did. The other was on long Island with so many people in a tiny house. Loved it. Warm and cozy.

  • Same with girls being autistic! "Only boys are autistic" was the refrain I heard as a fairly clearly autistic girl. Because I wasn't allowed to get away with things, clearly I'm fine! Ignore the breakdowns over specific clothing, the overwhelming hatred of injustice, and a complete inability to understand social chores cues, totally fine!

  • Sick again, and the insurance is going away so. Like.

    Everything sucks quite a bit.

  • Thinking about Animal Crossing New Horizons while trying to listen to husband talk about Dwarf Fortress.

Sometimes I am worried I gave him a full time job by showing him that game!

  • Hippo skulls are wild without the rest of the hippo around it!

  • I love gps devices! I love mapquest! I love waze! Anything to help me not be lost!!

  • I played some of the demo, it was nice! I'll keep an eye on it.

  • Love little grey cats! Such good creatures!

  • By 2 I mean https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oregon_Trail_II this by the way! Not the newest one which I don't think had two on it, but I gotta make sure.

On the easiest difficulty where you don't uhhh pilot the train, you don't even take the wrong cutoffs so you generally go so fast you hit the pass early.

I only managed the conditions twice or so of trying to do so! By having a drowning early lmfao. Then there was some heat stroke and some rattlesnake bites.

  • The conditions that created it (well, the weather) can be recreated in the Oregon Trail 2 video game!

Although it's difficult. You have to really screw around to be as slow, otherwise you reach the pass before the storm hits.

  • I've given up on getting to sleep before I medicate her. I'll probably do it a bit early, but uggghhh.

  • It's almost 3am but I'm not allowed to sleep because mother's cat needs affection. No, more affection. No, different affection.

I love her. I need to wake up in 4 hours to medicate her so I'd like some sleep...

  • But I'm almost 40! How much more age do I need to get??

  • I still want to get better at socializing and it's so difficult when neurotypicals act polite to your face and then do that! It makes to so hard to learn!

  • Sort of. It's more like "I think I'm doing well socializing then I'll find out later secondhand they think I'm a fucking idiot child and mocked me after I left."

And then I'm tired as hell to try again.

  • Has a dentist appointment today. It was meant to replace the root canal cap that was drilled through for the redo.

Nope! The office never send that request into the insurance! Thanks guys!!!

So instead we did the temporary cap for the other root canal tooth. Since that's been approved for awhile. They'll send in the request for the other tooth and bundle those two visits together (permanent crown and temp)

Mother's cat vomited again today. She's eating more because she's not scared away by other cats here, and I think it's just too much for her sometimes.

  • Massage therapy is a god send that should be part of normal Healthcare!

  • My own noises are Normal and Fine

Everyone else's noises are Evil and Mean

  • I do know what the cat is saying! Right now it's "mama there is another cat!!!" I know. "The other cat HATES ME" I know. "Is not faaaiiiiir" I know.

Other cat goes home in like 2.5 weeks. She is like 20 years old and does not like other cats so they're separated but can see each other in the hallway.

Kitten wants nothing more to whamjangle the old cat and play in general.
