  • Yuppers, my kids have a huge DVD and VHS collection of various kids movies and nature docs. I believe it promotes agency and choice better than picking through a never ending void of selection of media on streaming services. Plus we live like kings at flea markets, usually a dollar a tape or DVD.

  • There are only bots in Supremacy which do drag on for a long time, there are no bots in the Galactic assault mode which is more linear battles with 3-4 phases.

    As I've said in other posts when sales come up for this game, it was designed as a slog, you have to grind to get good weapons and "star cards". Hackers will pop up in Galactic Assault here and there but are relatively absent in Supremacy.

    Campaign Ai is garbage, story is o k a y at best.

    Fun game, toxic community, 8 years 3k hours, will be playing till the servers die

  • Check farmers markets for second hand ones, usually very cheap and just need a little cleaning. Look up the units while you are there and check the room size it will cover.

  • I have a sony mini cassette video camera. Got a new battery for it and works like a dream. Really fun to record modern events in that format.

    I also have a Sears VHS video camera. Working on getting a battery for that.
