I always hated the UX of forums. It was incredibly difficult to follow long threads with loads of pages. Personally I prefer the format we have here on Lemmy where comments are nested off the main post.
When you log into the console and all your shits gone and you start to have a mild panic, when you suddenly realise it's switched you to a different region.

This drives me up the wall, especially when they don't even tell you how much you need. I get why they do it, but it just promotes shit-posting in other subreddits for the sole purpose of being able to post in another subreddit.
No, and it's literally not once ever been mentioned between my wife and I in regards to our son. It's an absolute non-issue and it's never been something that's been mentioned with any previous partners.
I think it's an introvert vs extrovert thing. For introverts, silence is the default and lots of talking is draining. For extroverts, silence is unnerving and makes them uncomfortable, and conversations energises them.
The meal planning app that I use got bought out by Samsung and they did this. Put a load of ads in and then advertised a "+" version that got rid of ads. The ads were just advertising the "+" feature. 12 months later they said they were going to remove the ads for everyone.
