  • I spend 10 hours on my laptop screen and usually hangout with my old friends for 2-3 hours. All because I just passed out of high school and my uni will start in sep

    So time isn't an issue at all. However finding the exact articles or videos for the exact problem would be hard

    IDK much about these. Probably I'll binge linux vids on YT for a while to get more info. After reading this comment section, i feel like i should try it because coding is just better in linux and i usually play single player offline games so even gaming would be fine there

  • But for that you gotta be in one of the top 10-20 unis of the QS ranking. And I can't be even in top 50 so investment banking isn't a option for me

  • I was more interested in programming back then. I even learned java in highschool. I never said I wasn't interested in programming but you gotta see the reality too

    Passion doesn't always bring money at home. There is a reason why animators and artists aren't paid as much as they deserve (I'm not talking about the top 1%)

  • I already know java from my high school (cuz I was interested back then) but after looking at the current number of layoffs I'm scared to opt for CS

    For context-

    If I say I'm a nationalist in India, people would assume I support the current government. But I don't prefer any political party of india because no one is trying fix the real issues. I just vote for the current govt because the opposition is being handled by restarted guy, Rahul Gandhi to be specific
