  • PCSX2 has support for RetroAchievements and it’s a lot of fun if you’re into that kind of thing.

I’ve been playing through my library and it feels great to explore the games deeply going for achievements.

  • I think PS2 era might be the overall strongest collection of soundtracks, both original score and licensed music.

But I’m biased cause it’s my favorite console.

  • Bastion (2011) composed by Darren Korb (anything by Darren Korb)

The Transistor soundtrack for me is a masterpiece, still come back to it once in a while.

  • Yeah I managed to finish the whole game with 0 trophies.

  • Funny that you mention Life of Strange because it’s actually set in Autumn, but it does kinda have the vibes you describe. What does have way more summer vibes though is the prequel, Before the Storm, totally worth it if you’ve haven’t played it.

  • A particularly egregious case is the song “The Beast and the Harlot” by Avenged Sevenfold that was renamed to just “The Beast…” in Burnout Revenge.

  • This just randomly comes up in my brain sometimes too.

    It makes desserts funny.

  • If you like the empire building aspect you’d love vice city stories, it nails that and expands on it better than any other GTA, and honestly it very much feels like an expanded version of VC but with all the lessons they learned from SA as well.

  • Celeste is so good, it instantly became one of my all time favorites when I played last year, I even bought the PC version for playing on the go with a laptop, shame there was never a vita version.

  • That is one hell of a domain name.

  • I have nutflex

You should get that checked out.

  • Memes @lemmy.ml

In Brazil we always go big

  • It’s good to start slow enough that you don’t feel tired after a workout if you’re a beginner, so you don’t burn out or injure yourself.

The ideal for me is when I finish a run and still feel like I could go on, that makes me look forward to the next run, but I always take at least a day off between runs. It’s good to also do strength exercises on those off days, as long as you don’t over do it.

  • If they dropped the year it's no longer an ISO date.

  • In my mind it was limited to GOG, which is already a pretty good amount. But I wouldn't touch anything epic games anyway.

  • But the ecosystem for buying games without DRM is extremely limited.

  • Such a gem of a game, the music and the art still live with me rent-free. My favorite Supergiant game and that's saying something.

  • Same, it was the first game that ever made me cry, and honestly opened me up for crying on other stuff.

  • I would argue that you don't need any non-exotic scout rifles at all these days, or primaries in general.

I do have about 30 different shotguns that I never use though.

  • There’s no movie in Ba Sing Se.
